A young pair of Thorichthys maculipinnis 'Rio Tepango' with fry, this is their first spawn and are great parents.

Here is video of my wild caught Rocio octofasciata aka Jack Dempsey cichlids. The fish in the video are from Cenote Aktun Ha which is also known as Cenote Car Wash which is located in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. They are protecting wrigglers in a coconut cave. Also in the video is pictures of the Cenote when I visited and another species of cichlid found in the same Cenote.

My adult pair of Parachromis managuensis aka Jaguar cichlids aggressively protecting their newly swimming fry. They are in a 7ft by 2ft wide by 18" Tall tank, these will raise the fry to 1-1.5" before I have to remove the fry due to them picking the parents slime coat.

A quick video of my wild caught pair of Caquetaia umbriferus from 'Rio Magdalena' tending to their newly hatched fry. Watch as the female takes the just hatched fry to a separate pit.
